The D3 Goldbacks capped off a flawless 10–0 season in unforgettable fashion, overpowering the Steelers 51–0 in a dominant performance that showcased their speed, strength, and discipline on both sides of the ball.

The fireworks began immediately, with Josiah Robinson electrifying the crowd by returning the opening kickoff 93 yards for a touchdown. On the Steelers’ second offensive play, Gelil Reid delivered a punishing hit in the backfield, jarring the ball loose. James Lilla scooped up the fumble and returned it 7 yards for a touchdown, giving the Goldbacks a stunning 16–0 lead just 1:23 into the game.

The Goldbacks continued their relentless attack, scoring on their first offensive possession with an 8-yard touchdown run by Justin Hines. Moments later, Elijah Lewis broke free for a 25-yard score, capping a first quarter that ended with the Goldbacks holding a 30–0 advantage.

The offensive onslaught continued in the second quarter with a 25-yard touchdown run by Zachary Parks, followed by a perfectly placed 52-yard touchdown strike from Chase Soliva to Isaac Davis. By halftime, the Goldbacks led 44–0 and had complete control of the game.

In the third quarter, Elijah Lewis notched his second touchdown of the day with a 10-yard run, closing out the scoring at 51–0.

The Goldbacks’ offense piled up over 300 yards, while the defense was absolutely stifling—forcing three fumbles and limiting the Steelers to under 90 total yards. The game marked the seventh shutout of the season for the Goldbacks, who outscored their opponents by a staggering 391–19 margin.
