On Saturday, November 2nd, 2024, the Orange County Youth Football League (OCYFL) hosted its highly anticipated annual CheerFest at Monroe-Woodbury High School. With over 850 athletes from all OCYFL towns in attendance, the event was a vibrant celebration of skill, spirit, and unity.
Each cheer squad took the floor by division, delivering dynamic routines that showcased months of hard work, teamwork, and town pride. The packed gymnasium quickly turned into a sea of supportive families, friends, and fans — standing room only by the time the first teams took the floor. The energy in the building was electric.
DJ Matt Lawrence kept the excitement high throughout the day, spinning crowd favorites and creating a fun and uplifting atmosphere for both performers and spectators.
More than just a competition, CheerFest was a true showcase of the incredible talent across Orange County. From the youngest Mighty Mites to the seasoned Division 3 squads, every performance reflected the dedication and heart that defines youth cheerleading in our community.
Events like CheerFest remind us how special it is to be part of OCYFL — where pride, passion, and perseverance come together to create unforgettable moments. Congratulations to all the athletes and coaches who made this year’s CheerFest a resounding success!
